This large capacity chicken cooker trailer lets you quickly and easily grill large amounts of tender, juicy mouthwatering chicken for crowds. Highly recommended as a fundraiser tool for fire departments and charities or for feeding large crowds at public auctions, fairs, and weddings. This commercial-grade BBQ96 Chicken Cooker is charcoal-fired. Holds 120 lbs. of bone-in chicken (3 cases of legs and thighs).

Usage Recommendations
Approximately 30-35 lbs. of charcoal per pit to cook 40 lbs. of chicken for first rack. If you wish to cook a second rack, add approximately 10-15 lbs. of charcoal.
