We ordered a vented gas stove from Milan in June. We came from West Virginia because of their selection, quality, and customer service. The stove arrived in July and they were very patient while we took longer than we should have to pick it up. Once we took delivery I am tackling the task of installing it myself. I’ve had several questions and they are alway courteous and quick to help. I wasn’t set on which vent pipes I’d need and had to order different pieces than what I received with the original purchase. They were very understanding and quick to ship out what I needed. Overall I am extremely happy with their customer service and the product. Milan was great to work with as well.

I was in the market for a new smoker and have been looking at the Yoder 640. Found out Coalway was a Yoder dealer, and only half hour drive away. I want to thank Milan for taking his time with multiple phones calls and his knowledge and great customer service in my purchase of my new Yoder!

I drove 286 miles one way to look at the Yoder ys640s. I had done some research and wanted to see it in person, this was the closest one. Upon arrival was greated by a friendly staff and Milan showed and answered all my questions concerning the grill. I left with a new one and some add-ons. Wished I would have had more time to spend looking at the rest of the store, but I will make a drive back up there and spend some time looking at their wood stoves. Thanks for the help Milan.

Due to housing codes, we had to install a stainless steel pipe extension to our wood burning fireplace insert. We have had the insert since 1996 when we built the house. The gentlemen at Coalway were very helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and how they would install it. Since their price was half what someone else quoted us, we went with them. They did the install in a timely manner, covered all our hardwood floors, pulled the insert without damage, thoroughly cleaned everything when they were finished and we have been using the insert since. They also packed insulation around the pipe and our house has been so much warmer. Would highly recommend Coalway!

This was one of the highlights of my trip. Spent an hour with Aden talking everything smoke. Green Eggs, Yoder, Traegar equipment. Taste testing rubs and sauces. Just a great experience.

The search for the Pacific Energy part we needed was daunting due to PE part number changes over the years, and it was Coalway that determined the part and had it in stock. We will now have a warm winter and are appreciative for the service, knowledge, and efficiency of Coalway!

Great selection of grills and smokers for whatever you might need! Lots of accessories and charcoal too. They also carry wood stoves many other types of heating equipment. Definitely stop in and check these guys out. It will be worth your time. They also have rental grills you can use for events.

Incredible company run with integrity and grace. I won’t share the whole story here, but they went above and beyond in helping us return a stove my late father in law had bought when I thought we wouldn’t be able to take it back at all.

Went here twice looking for a new grill/smoker. I went once by myself and once with my wife. I would recommend the trip to anyone considering. There is a wealth of product knowledge and the 2 gentlemen that we talked to were very patient with me and answered every question I had. I bought a Yoder Smoker YS640 and am really enjoying it. Need to go back and get more pellets. I would definitely buy again and I would definitely buy from These guys again. Thank you for a great experience.

Aaron and his team are great to install wood stove. Precise cutting and very heavy stove (700lbs) was needed on my install. Would recommend this company for any wood stove/fireplace work after seeing their work and professionalism with the experience I had. Which was not an easy task.

Did a bunch of research on new Smoker Grills and came across the GMG and found you guys as a dealer. A little farther but sounded like you had a great selection. Came over and was not disappointed. The help was out of this world and I have used this grill way more than I thought I would. Its been about a year and had a problem with the display. Called and they helped me with how to go about getting the warranty done. Parts are being shipped today and an actual person answered the phone on both ends. Cant say how glad I am that I purchased from you! Highly recommend.
