Due to housing codes, we had to install a stainless steel pipe extension to our wood burning fireplace insert. We have had the insert since 1996 when we built the house. The gentlemen at Coalway were very helpful in explaining exactly what was needed and how they would install it. Since their price was half what someone else quoted us, we went with them. They did the install in a timely manner, covered all our hardwood floors, pulled the insert without damage, thoroughly cleaned everything when they were finished and we have been using the insert since.
