At Coalway, we are committed to getting your order out quickly and efficiently.

Handling Time: Orders placed by 2:00 PM EST will be shipped within 24 hours on business days (Monday–Friday).
- Please note that if an order is placed on a Saturday, it may not be shipped out until the following Monday.
- During peak holiday seasons, processing and shipping times may be extended. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Order Cut-Off Timer: For your convenience, we display a countdown timer on product pages to show how much time is left to qualify for same-day or next-day shipping.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Return Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If there’s an issue with your order, please review the following guidelines:
- Return Window: All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the product, you may return it within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Damaged or Defective Items: Claims for damage or defects must be made within 5 days of delivery. If your item arrives damaged, we will replace it or offer a full refund at no cost to you.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued promptly once the returned product is received and inspected.
