A Year of Changes

So here we are again! 2019 is in the books and 2020 is before us as a blank sheet of paper. A lot of changes happened at Coalway over the last year, due to the change of ownership and company growth. We have three new people on our team…David Miller is our new warehouse manager in Apple Creek (yes, he is the second David Miller in our company), Owen Hershberger started in sales at our Charm location, and in November Mike Coblentz joined our installation team. They have been a tremendous help in giving better service to our customers. With this being said, our lead times for installations and service work were longer than we have experienced in the history of Coalway. We appreciate your patience and are humbled by the support shown by our community.

Also, in October, our brand-new website, coalwayohio.com, went live! It is a work in progress and is still fairly basic at this point. We do have a blog where we post tips and recipes, and our goal is to eventually have all our products entered on the site. These changes, along with our new upgraded phone system have hopefully helped us serve you better and will continue to improve your experience while doing business with us.

Though we never know what the future holds for us, we are excited going into 2020. We have some big ideas that we are considering, including some new product lines, cooking classes featuring a professional chef, a new look for our store front, and possibly a new outdoor fireplace display area. We will keep you in the loop when or if these changes happen. As always, we appreciate any feedback from our customer base, and are open to suggestions that will help us grow in a positive way!
