First signs of winter approaching Was having an issue with my Anthramax coal insert, with how busy this time of year is you guys made a fast response and effort to get it back up and running thank you very much!

We ordered a vented gas stove from Milan in June. We came from West Virginia because of their selection, quality, and customer service. The stove arrived in July and they were very patient while we took longer than we should have to pick it up. Once we took delivery I am tackling the task of installing it myself. I’ve had several questions and they are alway courteous and quick to help. I wasn’t set on which vent pipes I’d need and had to order different pieces than what I received with the original purchase. They were very understanding and quick to ship out what I needed. Overall I am extremely happy with their customer service and the product. Milan was great to work with as well.
